Daniel Faia is a nationally recognized woodcarver, furnituremaker, and educator. He creates custom commissions and teaches small group workshops in his Sanbornville, NH studio. Whether a project involves an ornamental woodcarving, a unique furniture design, or a period reproduction, Dan’s primary goal is to produce an heirloom treasure using traditional methods. With over three decades of experience, Dan is also a frequent contributor to Fine Woodworking magazine and has participated in demonstrations or exhibits for organizations such as Colonial Williamsburg and Museum of Fine Arts-Boston.
