The Alliance will present a session on successful municipal buildings at the annual planning and zoning conference, hosted by the Office of Energy and Planning.

How can municipalities work to save community landmarks that define their town? Representatives from recent successful preservation projects across the state will talk about their process and partners. Topics will include securing preservation easements, building community buy-in, and raising capital.
